These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of mobile applications ("App" or "Apps") published by:

("Company", "we", "our", or "us")

By downloading, installing, or using our Apps, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the App. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental or guardian consent.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer or modify the App
• Copy or distribute the App
• Use the App for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to interfere with the App's functionality

3. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Our Apps may offer:

• One-time in-app purchases
• Auto-renewable subscriptions

All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store.

Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal charges occur within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID account settings.
• Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.

We do not manage billing directly.

4. Advertising

Our Apps may display advertisements through third-party ad networks including:

• Google AdMob
• AppLovin
• Yandex Ads
• Meta Audience Network

Ads may be personalized based on device data and user behavior, subject to user consent where required by law.

5. Analytics & Performance Monitoring

We use third-party analytics tools including:

• Google Firebase Analytics
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Meta (Facebook) Analytics

These services help us analyze usage and improve performance.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by the Company or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use our trademarks without permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee:

• The App will be uninterrupted
• The App will be error-free
• The App will meet your expectations

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• Service interruptions

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time without notice if you violate these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance.
